WE ARE DDD PROVIDERS IN NEW JERSEY & ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA FOR ADULTS 21+

At Forever Hart Fit, we are proud to provide movement and strength services for adults ages 21 and older who are eligible for DDD services.

In New Jersey, we are an approved DDD provider serving participants through DDD (G&S) with Acumen, including Easterseals. We also proudly provide DDD services in Orange County, California.

We offer 1-on-1 customized 30- and 60-minute movement and strength sessions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, confidence, and overall well-being.

Our New Jersey sessions are available in our Burlington County and Mercer County locations, and we also provide services in Orange County, California.

Our trainers are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where every participant can build strength, confidence, and independence.
