  • Cassandra

    FOUNDER,ACE GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR, ACE PERSONAL TRAINER

    Founder of Forever Hart Fit, Cassandra is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where women can build strength, confidence, and healthy lifestyles. Even while overseeing multiple locations, she still enjoys teaching classes and training clients whenever she is in town. Through personalized coaching and supportive guidance, she helps clients feel empowered both inside and outside the studio.

    Cassandra also serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and current members, helping answer questions, guide clients to the right services, and ensure every member has a positive experience at Forever Hart Fit. While she was once the lead trainer and taught the majority of classes, she now focuses much of her time on supporting members and managing day-to-day operations across all locations.

  • Jackie

    INSTRUCTOR • CHOREOGRAPHER • EVENT COORDINATOR

    Jackie has been part of the Forever Hart Fit team since 2018, bringing energy, creativity, and a passion for dance to every class. With a background in choreography, ballroom dance, and entertainment, she teaches dance fitness, step aerobics, and special event choreography while also helping coordinate parties and events at FHF.

    NASM PERSONAL TRAINER & INSTRUCTOR

    Jane is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Instructor who is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and healthier lifestyles through movement. She specializes in strength training, balance training, stretching, and flexibility, creating supportive and personalized workouts for all fitness levels. At Forever Hart Fit, Jane is especially known for her popular Step & Strength classes that regularly fill up with clients who love her motivating energy and coaching style.

  • CHARU

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Charu is an ERYT-certified yoga instructor known for her welcoming and beginner-friendly teaching style. With years of experience teaching yoga throughout New Jersey, she specializes in helping clients improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness through movement and breathwork. At Forever Hart Fit, she leads empowering yoga classes and workshops focused on building both physical and mental wellness.

  • Donyah

    NASM PERSONAL TRAINER • STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY COACH • ACSM EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST • INSTRUCTOR

    Donyah is an ACSM-certified Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, and Stretch & Flexibility Coach who is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and healthier lifestyles through movement. She recently graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Sciences and will begin her Doctor of Physical Therapy program in August.

    She specializes in strength training, assisted stretch, post-rehab exercise, and supporting clients through weight loss and lifestyle changes. Donyah is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients feel encouraged and empowered throughout their fitness journey. Her philosophy centers on progress over perfection — “The goal isn’t to be perfect, it’s to keep showing up.”

  • CARIS

    ACSM PERSONAL TRAINER • YOGA & PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Caris is an E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor with nearly a decade of teaching experience. In addition to traditional yoga, she is trained in aerial yoga and has extensive experience teaching Pilates, barre, hot yoga, chair yoga, kids yoga, and yoga for recovery. As an ACSM-certified personal trainer, Caris is passionate about helping clients improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall wellness through movement.

    INSTRUCTOR

    Karen specializes in yoga and Pilates focused on mindful movement, flexibility, balance, mobility, core strength, stress relief, and overall wellness. Her sessions combine strength, breathwork, and restorative movement to help clients feel stronger, more energized, and more connected to their bodies.

    With certifications in yoga, Pilates, meditation, and Reiki, Karen creates a supportive and uplifting environment where women can build confidence, improve mobility, reduce stress, and prioritize both physical and mental wellbeing.

    Jennifer holds a B.A. in Kinesiology and completed her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Balanced Body’s 520+ hour program. With over 25 years of experience in movement and wellness, she brings a unique blend of classical Pilates and functional strength training to every session.

    Her approach focuses on precision, control, alignment, posture, and overall body awareness while helping clients build strength, balance, and confidence through movement. Jennifer is passionate about creating personalized sessions that support each client’s individual goals and long-term wellness journey.

  • Chady

    PERSONAL TRAINER • STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE COACH

    Chady is a certified fitness professional with over 8 years of experience helping clients build strength, confidence, and long-term results through personalized training. He specializes in strength training, athletic performance, body composition, and muscle development, creating high-energy sessions tailored to each client’s goals.

    With a background in competitive basketball and soccer, Chady brings passion, discipline, and motivation into every session while helping clients push past limits and reach their full potential.

    ASSISTED STRETCH PRACTITIONER

    Shannon is a Certified Stretch Practitioner through NCBTMB with over 300 hours of one-on-one assisted stretching experience. With over 15 years of yoga practice and a strong passion for movement, breath, and body awareness, she is dedicated to helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing through personalized stretch and breathwork sessions.

    Judianna brings over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and is passionate about helping clients feel strong, confident, and healthy at every stage of life. As an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, she specializes in personalized one-on-one training with a focus on strength, longevity, and overall wellness.

    PERSONAL TRAINER • STRETCH SPECIALIST


    Simone brings over 15 years of experience in personal training and program design, creating individualized fitness experiences tailored to each client’s goals. With a background as a former competitive track & field athlete, she combines strength training, mobility work, and assisted stretching to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence.

    MASTER CLASSICAL PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Jennifer brings over 25 years of Pilates instruction experience with a strong foundation in classical Pilates training. Classically trained in New York City under Pilates Elder Romana Kryzanowska, she specializes in private one-on-one Pilates sessions focused on strength, alignment, mobility, and overall body awareness. Jennifer has experience working with rehabilitation clients, athletes, and high-profile clientele in a supportive and personalized setting.

    CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Sofia is a Certified Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor with a background in gymnastics and a passion for mindful movement. She focuses on helping clients build strength, mobility, stability, and body awareness through supportive and personalized sessions designed for all fitness levels.
