“The name Forever Hart Fit comes from the love and inspiration of my child Hart, who I will forever hold in my heart. The strength, growth and love that was created, is something I want to share as my mission to you. Life can have trials and tribulations but it can be beautiful as well. The human spirit is very strong and he has inspired me to organically create this studio out of support and love by many. and now we are on to the 2nd studio in Medford!”
“Working out and taking fitness classes such as Zumba really helped lift my spirits again and bring happiness to my life. I wanted to create a boutique studio where you could get away and have fun! A healing place for all where you can get fit and be the best version of YOU. My hope is this studio space creates the same everlasting change for your mind, body and spirit. its more than just fitness!”
“I set out to build a place like Forever Hart Fit where we could heal together through exercise. I wanted a place where we got stronger mentally and physically together and had fun. I always said we are all going through things and need to support our fellow women. I would come home happier and started to develop the FHF studio in my mind. Unique, NYC/Miami feel- boutique, accepting of all!”
Cassandra is certified as a ACE Group Fitness instructor, ZUMBA® , ZUMBA GOLD® and a ZIN™ member, licensed in ZUMBA KIDS, FHF Barre Fusion ,TRX and is a Strength Training and a FHF Cycle Fit Instructor. She loves being involved and teaches almost every class at both studios. She takes pride in knowing the members all by name. They are her FHF Family.

Welcome to our amazing, welcoming boutique studio. Where working out is fun.
We have no competition and LOVE Beginners! Our members have lost over 30+ pounds in just a few months without the pressure of a count down of weeks but continuing all year round! Life is already stressful enough and working out shouldn't be!
Our state of the art designer built studios were created with you In mind. no expense was spared in making our ada compliant space. Experience our 70% less shock absorptive dance floor in Robbinville and our comfy floor in Medford. we consider your safety and comfort our utmost priority. We also have bathrooms with changing in the studios, you can come for a class and go back to work or go out on the town!! Our lounge has the blue water marble system, refrig with drinks and teas to leave you refreshed!
We are not a chain or offering one type of class like Zumba or Yoga - Shop around our price is amazing! You will see we are the best value in the area for a boutique setting for the largest variety of classes! We have tons of class times and live virtual classes. we offer you the CONVENIENCE of being able to SCHEDULE ahead of time!
We even have our own branded app for ease of scheduling classes and events!
