This Power Yoga class will offer a 45 minute full yoga experience. By flowing through a vigorous and fast-paced vinyasa, you will feel as though you are working out and building strength, rather than just stretching. The class will end with a Savasana, so you can leave class feeling powerful and energized. Please bring your mat. All levels are welcome!
