    A mat and 5, 10, 15 lb weights are best for this class!

  • A combo of TRX, strength and conditioning using weights, core exercises and cardio drills Tabata style... 20 seconds on/ 10 seconds off for 4 minutes each exercise.

  • This class focuses on using TRX to provide strength exercises incorporating arms, core and lower body. We then include High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to burn max calories by using your maximum energy and short recovery periods to give you the best cardio and strength workout. Cycles are also an option to get an added calorie burn for the lower body. Bring your mat and water. All levels can also take this class. Modifications are given for those who need it too.
