FHF HIIT

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts are a popular kind of exercise. Our classes involve exerting your maximum energy during short periods of time. HIIT workouts require you to use bursts of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises followed by brief periods of recovery. TRX is also used and Cycle is optional. Bring your mat and water. All levels can also take this class. Modifications are given for those who need it too.
