25 minutes of cycle intervals followed by 20 minutes of sculpting exercises for the upper body with weights. Great way to warm up the legs, sculpt and strengthen. Feel the burn!

Must have steppers on a non slip mat. No thick mats allowed. Only allowed to use our steppers.
Also you can take the class with no risers. However balance is preferred for this class.

Our classes involve exerting your maximum energy during short periods of time. HIIT workouts require you bursts of high-intensity strength and cardio exercises followed by brief periods of recovery. Bring your mat and water. All levels can take this class. Modifications given for those who need it.
