Yoga and Barre mix!

Cardio sculpt workout classes help greatly to burn fat and build lean muscles.

In a cardio sculpt class, one is offered the combination of cardiovascular exercises and the muscle sculpting exercises.

improve the muscle's elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone.

We will use props such as blocks and straps to assist in the exercises. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. Meditation and breathing ARE included to help you further relax

FHF Yogalates

In this class, we combine pilates and yoga for a total body workout focused on toning the glutes, thighs and stomach.


Develop your core strength and stabilization through pilates poses, and improve your flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation. Short bursts of cardio will also be added for a benefit!

FHF Total Abs

This workout will give you the attention your abs deserve.

As ladies we want a strong core. With a strong core we can do anything life throws at us!. This combination workout is low impact but so effective! Ps make sure you get your cardio in weekly. If you only take this class without cardio it wont give you the results you want! XO

45 min bodyweight and cardio bootcamp style workout, lots of modifications if needed.

This class incorporates light weights while working ALL areas of the body effectively. This fun format introduces you to SOME dance moves COMBINED with TONING EXERCISES for maximum calorie-burning fun!

builds strength in a low impact and very gentle way, while energizing the spirit and mind.  Using props such as light weights, balls and bands.

FHF CARDIO DANCE

Dance Party meets workout!

Come and join the party by dancing to all of your favorite pop songs. This fun, easy-to-follow, format will introduce you to many workout inspired dances using Pop, Hip-Hop and International dance moves combined with fitness moves for maximum calorie-burning fun! Get ready to sweat but have a ton of fun doing it. You will never want this class to end!

a mix of yoga postures, stretching and yoga flow combined with the option for light hand weights.

Yoga Sculpt also incorporates STRENGTH, CORE AND cardio exercises TO GET YOUR BLOOD FLOWING.

This class holds a beautiful blend of Indian dance, classical, Bhangra, Funk, Folk Indian and current R&B, hip hop moves and styles.

Take yourself away for a hour and imagine you are in a Indian nightclub. This cardio workout with high and low intensity dance sequences will get you moving, sweating and motivated !!

This workout will give you the attention your booty deserves.

As ladies we want strong legs and booty. With a strong booty we can do anything life throws at us!. This combination workout is low impact but so effective! Please bring your mat and heavier weights for squats and lunges. Please use the bathroom before you go and bring lots of water.
